Your own in-game achievement

If you had your own in-game achievement, what would it be? Would it have a title or pet to go with it? Heres an example:

Defeat the rare mob Ronald Fletchpiker in Sindragosa's Fall and loot his 'Guide to Icecrown Citadel' while equipped with the following items:

Mostly Harmless Trinket (Trinket) (Equip: Makes attacks from enemies inside Northrend 'mostly harmless')
Paranoia Helmet (Head) (Use: Life Depression: Decreases enemy attack speed by 33% and emits a random phrase)
Babblefish (Trinket) (Equip: Translates all languages into 'Common' language. Equip: Occaisionally turns what someone says into bad poetry)

as in LotRO, you can get emote related hidden titles....
The Lover -get /kissed and /loved 150 times
The Naughty- get /scold and /slap "
The Joker- tell /joke " etcetcetc....

we have The Insane, why not The Sane, where you don't bother grinding 3,000 hours!

(Completed by going around in someone's two person mount, getting exp from party members killing stuff.)

Get to level 80 in under 2 minutes of character creation.

(Quickly beg a GM to make you level 80 )
