Where is Harmonious?

Here's the idea of the contest. Harmonious has been missing for a long while. He is hidden somewhere in the UK. The first person to guess his location will receive a prize from me. Lets say 50 gold but it may go up if I'm feeling flush
It's not where I am in real life by the way. I'm sure you're all lovely people but I don't want you knocking on my door and saying, "You're Harmonious and I claim my prize!"
You can ask questions and I will drop hints, there may already be one somewhere
The answer is in a sealed envelope on my desk so its all official and above board

I know where one of the clues are but i won't tell anyone.

If you know where one of the clues are Redweed you should have a guess. The clue is not very obvious btw. My avatar is a pic of a blobfish (it's a real fish!) it's actually a lot better looking than me

Somewhere cold and damp and very dark and you want to come out and if anyone knows where you are you want to come quick and bring a shovel.

It's got nothing to do with football, Redweed. Infact, there is no football team, at least not a league one. So that rules out Brighton, Olimar, and a lot of other places too.
