I'm afraid not Oli. I may sound like a stupid English person irl (something which even I can't explain: it's my accent ), but nothing will seperate me from my Welsh-ness. Nothing. NOTHING. N-O-T-H-I-N-G.
And don't you dare think about making a machine which can seperate people from their Welsh-ness Oli.
NB: I like Cookies and Cake. = Rydw i'n hoffi 'cwcis'* a cacen.
*There is no Welsh word for Cookies, so I simply 'welshified' the word Cookies.

Re: where u from?
I think I have a manc accent but I don't think it's that strong (thank god).
Awww poor you Lorlina, don't worry...I love welsh accents, makes me laugh how they say "Way-Els"

Re: where u from?
I like all accents...I find them fascinating. I think it must be because I don't have one myself.

Re: where u from?
I suppose I may have a slight tinge Miako
The Welsh accent is really nice imo, Lorlina. Its just the people who speak with it aren't. Unfriendly bunch and me being part Welsh too.
Present company excepted of course.

Re: where u from?
Unlike the common mancunian dialect of walking round, arms out to the side, saying "its hangin' ", which isn't confusing at all

Re: where u from?
Harmy...you need to learn how to speak manc I'll give you a crash course of general nothern/manc sayings...
"Its 'angin"- It's horrible
"mint/sick/ill"-something is very good
"Safe"- Typical greeting
"Buzzin'"-Excited
"In a bit"- Bye
"Razz"- wow/whoa
"Trek/mission/mooch"-a long and usually pointless walk
"Town"-General term for Manchester city centre
Quite sure there's more but they're not springing to mind atm.
And Lorlina..I do feel your pain at having to learn Welsh...I could never do it

Re: where u from?
I avoid saying all those (except town) at all costs. As for the walk, there's no way to effectively tell someone how to 'bowl' I suggest you come to Manchester and do your own research.
